Very happy with the service and product. Order and delivery came on time. Paul and Michele organised everything very well for this to happen. I am happy with the result.Both very professional and they know exactly what they do and what customer needs, even when I could not think about something, they were giving brilliant ideas.Upon installation they worked really hard, even break they did not have, and I think this might be because they don’t like the customer feels uncomfortable with them inside the house.On completion, they agreed for me to contact them in case if something will go wrong with the shutters. Definitely I would recommend them and definitely 5 stars service.
I cannot recommend prime shutters enough! I recently had prime shutters install some shutters in my living room in my house in Kent and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish the service was seamless with the owners Paul and Michelle being incredibly friendly. The craftsmanship is top notch and they fit perfectly even though my windows are an odd shape. Definitely worth every penny!
I recently had Paul and Michelle install my shutters. I couldn’t be more pleased with everything, from start to finish the whole process has been so easy. The quality and finish are first class. They took time to ensure they had talked us through how they worked and how to maintain them. They left the house spotless. I’ve already put in another order for a motorised blind in our kitchen and can’t wait for it to be installed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with our shutters. Paul was brilliant throughout the entire process. As the shutters are made in China we had a little wait but this was explained to us during our first meeting & we cannot fault the quality of the workmanship. We'd just had new sash windows installed & painted to match the colours of the rooms, so we didn't want to cover them with shutters that would sit like a wooden box on top. When we suggested having the frames of the shutters colour matching the windows Paul said he'd never done it before but was up for the idea & everyone agrees they look amazing & make them look part of the window.
