I could not recommend Prime Home Shutters more. From the first interaction to the visit to measure up, all the way to the installation, the service was remarkable. Our neighbours spoke so highly of them, and from the first meeting, we were more than happy to move ahead with them as they were knowledgeable, so friendly and helpful. The installation was seamless and I think they actually left my house cleaner than when they arrived!

Paul replied to my enquire promptly and was flexible with booking a Assesment appointment. This was for two bay windows and two normal windows for a Victorian house. His knowledge and patience, specifically for my windows were really insightful. Especially compared to other competitors’ pushy sales.
Paul offered options that were not offered by other companies which overall made an elegant finish to the framing of the shutters and windows. Paul communicated clearly on delivery and schedule.
On the day of the fitting he and came on time with his helper (sorry I forgot the lovely lady’s name). They built and fitted the shutter within the day and left the property clean as when then came. After a thoughtful consultation where they took the time to understand my needs and suggest the most suitable solutions, Prime Home Shutters installed a shutter, a roller blind, and an enclosed roller blind in my home. The quality of the products is excellent, and the communication from both owners throughout the process was outstanding—friendly, clear, and responsive.
When a minor issue arose with one of the blinds, it was addressed quickly and professionally. They not only resolved it without hesitation but also provided an alternative that was even better suited to the space.
The installation was carried out with great care. The team worked cleanly and efficiently, removing all packaging and leaving the space spotless. They also provided spare shutter blades in each size and a small pot of touch-up paint—an extra touch that shows attention to detail and customer care.

Great work done by Paul and Michelle at my house this week!! My home looks absolutely stunning with their wooden shutters. They are not only gorgeous but also reduced significantly outside noice and the fact that we can adjust the light as we wish is a win win!! Paul and Michelle are such a perfect team, and did such a great job with our shutters. We had 6 sash windows fitted with shutters, including a PVC set in our bathroom and all fit well. Paul’s price was cheaper than others, and the key difference for me was the amount of time he spent describing the options, talking me through what could work and actually changing my mind on some options which I’m glad he did. Highly recommend!

We were recommended PHS by friends who recently had Shutters fitted. After contacting Prime, Paul had good communications with myself and visited our home spending time on a free no obligation quote. He had great knowledge of which shutters would best suit our home.

Once fitting day arrived, Paul and his partner were on time taking extra care within our home whilst they carried out work. They were second to none, very professional and took away all packaging. I cannot recommend prime shutters enough! I recently had prime shutters install some shutters in my living room in my house in Kent and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish the service was seamless with the owners Paul and Michelle being incredibly friendly. The craftsmanship is top notch and they fit perfectly even though my windows are an odd shape. Definitely worth every penny!
I recently had Paul and Michelle install my shutters. I couldn’t be more pleased with everything, from start to finish the whole process has been so easy. The quality and finish are first class. They took time to ensure they had talked us through how they worked and how to maintain them. They left the house spotless. I’ve already put in another order for a motorised blind in our kitchen and can’t wait for it to be installed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with our shutters. Paul was brilliant throughout the entire process. As the shutters are made in China we had a little wait but this was explained to us during our first meeting & we cannot fault the quality of the workmanship. We'd just had new sash windows installed & painted to match the colours of the rooms, so we didn't want to cover them with shutters that would sit like a wooden box on top. When we suggested having the frames of the shutters colour matching the windows Paul said he'd never done it before but was up for the idea & everyone agrees they look amazing & make them look part of the window.
